Goodies from Singapore!
| 09.05.2013 – It’s obvious that I missed the weekend’s “The Pop Culture of the Year” which was really not my plan to go back there. Last year’s Singapore trip was tight schedule was a pressure cooker it was too short of a trip to see more of the place.
My good friend Kartonista made sure he got me something not to miss the convention and other things besides the friends we made in our last travel there. Well actually he was there surprisingly. There’s so much fun in the goodies he took home from his recent visit to the red dot island and I’m still feeling the residue from that adventure. |

The Box of Surprises.
| 07.22.2013 – This might be the biggest box yet to arrive since the last one last October 2012 and I believe this will occupy my time choosing which one to open up. But there are some stuff as I was advised has already been open to be included.
This has been the fifth one that came from the Bay area but as documented this is the fourth that I have written about. The first one was not packaged in the box but there were a lot of comic books as well as the sketches that I have shared here the other year. This one seems like Christmas in July and why I can never ask for more. |

That Brown Box from The Bay Has Arrived.
| 10.22.2012 – How often do you receive something that you never expected? Rarely you would really appreciate it for all its worth. But for something you no longer crave or being materialistic you put value more on the people who make it possible.
In the case of my friends who find the time to remember what I used to be into. They know how to make your day without ANY expectations. I no longer find the time or the interest to have those “wants” which some who personally knows me have said that I have outgrown that stage. |

Care Package: Post-Christmas Toy Box!
| 12.27.2011 – Monday was not Post-Christmas Holiday and the experience is like the usual day. It was like the normal routine but there was no heavy traffic as some have been back to work. I got word that the “care package” sent to me from San Francisco has arrived earlier in the day. The last minute decision to leave the house in the late afternoon was such a grind. It took me to three different places. But the day was such a great rewarding moment that I forgot the feeling of tiredness. My good friend who sent the package was more excited than me to open this. |

Ghost Busting Mates.
Toys are great subjects for photography. Its eye catching specially the smaller ones like LEGO mini figures and those Mini Mates. They're quite a lot of properties about the Mini Mates licensed and released a bunch of these little figures. They where once rivals of LEGO when released their on toy blocks, but they deviated on that and focused on the mini figures.
I only have a couple or three. Most of them where just hard to keep since they are as small as the LEGO mini figures. But they are good material for photography, because some people tend to not notice how high detail they put in these things.
