Star Trek | Beyond Being Just A Trekkie.

07.20.2016 – The first Star Trek episode which I can no longer recall its particular title is one of the memories from my childhood. I do remember it was shown on the former RPN 9 on a Saturday afternoon a syndicated episode of The Original Series.

The Next Generation was a time I casually see on Friday nights on the same channel in the early 1990s before going to bed. But Star Trek: Voyager sealed the deal for me when it was shown on Hallmark Channel Asia in 2001, which I became a full time on Trekkie.

But in this generation you don’t see that anymore and mostly you can see how that unfolds when most people you know weren’t even originally interested in it.

Well not until “The Force Awakens” arrive in cinemas less than a few days away.

These days the social media spectrum elevates these individuals beyond television and radio. For some it has become their way of letting themselves known for what they love doing regardless the attention that they are getting now.

There was one individual who I find interesting and rarely will you see being into wrestling that is mostly dominated by the male audience. I’m talking about Hannei Dimaano a big wrestling fan and who is inspired to catch Ted Dibiase on the ropes on WWE.
