ARMSCOR Triple Celebration By The Numbers!

02.29.2012 – ARMSCOR Triple Celebration marks the company’s success in commemorate three significant anniversaries this year, each having substantial round numbers – 50, 60, and 70.

The program was hosted by one of the Tuasons and the lovely Nancy Castiglione at the Manila Polo Club in Makati City.

There were famous personalities who were present and among those seen are Senator Bong Bong Marcos and former First Gentleman Mikey Arroyo who went to celebrate ARMSCOR’s event.

The event not also shared their experiences and how the company came to be in the business but also raffled of seven guns throughout the program up to the closing.

The three anniversaries are for fifty years duration with Demetrio “Bolo” R. Tuason’s leadership of the company. Sixty years indicates the length of time they have been in manufacturing and seventy years signifies how long the company has been Filipino-ownedm specifically by the Tuason Family. Squires Bingham Company was bought by Don Celso Tuason in 1941 and was owned previously by Arthur Hileman.


In addition to its historic celebration Bolo Tuason paves the way for the official turnover of his leadership to his only son Martin O. Tuason on January 1, 2013. On top of becoming President and CEO of Armscor, Martin will maintain the position of CEO of Armscor Precision International (API), which represents Armscor in the USA.
































Severo “Conkoy” J. Tuason, Bolo’s brother, will sit as Chairman of the Board, while his son, Scott “Gutsy” D. Tuason, will assume Presidency of parent company Squires Bingham Co., Inc,
