The Collective | No Good Deal

12.05.2018 – In the Philippines the interest in collecting comics, toys, trading cards, and other things that is a common hobby would be a lucrative business Collectibles Shops expanding not only in Greenhills, but also through social media not just the usual selling sites like eBay. This has been a big thing for most who embrace the collector market because of a huge community. With that whenever there’s a convention or event there’s bound to be a stall or a table that sells interesting stuff such as one found during the recently concluded Manila Auto Salon that was more about custom cars and impressive exhibits that encompasses the motoring community. It’s surprisingly for such a huge event only less than a handful of sellers where there related to collectible toys.

Donald Duck Original Art Sketches and More!

12.05.2011 – Eureka! I finally found my other two signed sketch art by well know Filipino comic book artists. Now I have reunited all the sketches that came from the “care package” from San Francisco. If anyone has known me personally I don’t only collect toys, comics, magazine… Lint and anything that looks cool I get them. But seriously it was not my idea to collect sketch art a friend made the effort to getting me one done by three artists from WonderCon 2008. It’s something I really I appreciate about art by not just looking at them it’s the meticulous detail that makes me like how the contours of the pencil stroke such awesomeness.

Toy Photography: A Productive Inspiration!

10.02.2011 - How do you give a good impression? There are a lot of ways to be inspired and sometimes I top myself in one category I truly enjoy. Toy Photography is one of the areas where I don’t compete with anyone but myself alone. In my own little way of getting myself doing something out of the ordinary it makes me slow down for a bit and admire the view. Currently a few people already had their “thumbs up” on the subject. I love Toy Photography that I don’t mind seeing myself competing. I look at it now as an art form rather than boasting on how topping the others.
