09.02.2019 – There are Condominiums and then there are Malls. But Condo-Malls in the Philippines has been around in the last five years with these hi-rise residential areas being developed chances are there’s a mini-shopping centre underneath as added convenience for those moving in these places. Previous hi-rise residence needs for them to go out their living space to eat, dine, or shop, but with the recent Condo-Malls like Shangri Properties “The Rise” and its Assembly Grounds changes the way you live in the city. It used to be an empty lot more than a decade ago is now almost complete residential in North Makati.

LEGO® Store Sighting | Big Brick Sale

02.10.2019 – From missing a LEGO® related gathering with one of the local communities to ending up in the nearby Certified Store was a long walk during one fine weatherly Saturday afternoon in Manila. The weekend was poised to be another eventful happening that has become a ‘norm’ in this country. When you only need to just roam around but due to missing out a local meet this one was quite a day. The LEGO® Certified Stores are slowly opening their branches all over Asia, but it’s surprising that the Philippines have five already and the expansion with opening stores throughout the region is probably on their list knowing how big the community regarding the famous brick subdivided through a tribal of groups of collectors and enthusiasts.

07.03.2016 – There are varying degrees of art but nothing like the expressive mantra of Graffiti or Street Art whatever you call it. There’s nothing like a creating expression created on a blank wall that has become a canvass for everyone to see. If you haven’t heard about the Pilipinas Street Plan, then you must have been stuck under the rock indulging on your noon time shows, nightly telenovelas, and the occasional corny joke on your favorite radio station to ever see what they’ve done. This year marks their tenth anniversary and they’ve grown beyond as a community.

Random Snaps: Secret Fresh!

08.04.2013 – Earlier this evening I just came from the re-opening of Secret Fresh which featured its first solo exhibit for Mark Orozco Justiniani and his “Orbiter” exclusive designer toy for the Urban Lifestyle store. The event was graced by close media contacts, friends and celebrities who had the first glimpse of the newly redesigned store. The art gallery is now located downstairs which is also the main store lobby while the collectibles, previous artworks, and designer clothing are now can be seen at the second level.
