Recently, adidas opened a new Neighborhood Store at Greenbelt 5 its second store with a similar theme that houses not only the sneakers and sports-related apparel but also the ‘street lifestyle’ sub-brand that includes the adidas Originals and other limited editions featuring collaborations like its recent Star Wars featuring Boba Fett.

The recipe to a successful street artist like Quiccs can attest of that and the long process was almost five years in the making. Quiccs Maquez has made it and had put the country in the map taking the next level as an international toy designer and building the Bullet Punk brand to its prominence is not a small feat. But teamwork behind the man and the TEQ63 is no one-man show that can be seen to yesterday’s first solo art show that he already made it.

NYCC 2018 Exclusive | McNano TEQ63

12.28.2018 – Quiccs a local artist in the Philippines known for his concept that inspired from his appreciation for hip hop music, Gundams, and just being true blue Filipino. He has been synonymous with his creation of his signature character TEQ63 that debuted almost five years ago. The first Designer Art Toy he produced was made from resin and it was an immediate hit. This year alone Quiccs collaborated with well-known brands and other artists. He was present in the recent DesignerCon and toy events in Bangkok that has been a haven for Toy Art. He launched his most recent art toy the Nano TEQ63 collaboration with Martian Toys that is manufactured by Devil Toys from Hong Kong launching the standard colorways, but this one was for NYCC 2018.
