| 02.24.2012 – It’s been a while but the trip was all worth the time to just hang out. The King aka DJ Logan was not around Wednesday night but his colleagues Cleo Caliente and Marf were on-board for another 99.5RT’s riot show on Disenchanted Kingdom. Unfortunately they didn’t notice the time to do a segment for ODK, but Marf had played all the songs I requested like the latest song by Foster The People or Up Dharma Down’s “Taya”. The coziest place in the booth was the corner part underneath the air condition near the small booth outside that is occupied by Clarissa who delivers the news at fifty five. |

Koji Moralez & The RT Ford Fiesta!
| 06.20.2011 - For years, I've been a radio junkie. Listening to FM radio was part of the daily routine. Those where the days in my youth I wanted to be a radio DJ myself. Back in high school, I usually hang out at the former station in 89.1 DMZ FM, and it's where I first met the late great Francis Magalona aka The Mouth.
He had this show every Friday afternoon up to 8PM, and he was definitely great to see spin some music. By the year 1994, I was going to Joe D' Mango's mid-morning show. I became a regular listener on Magic 89.9 FM until 1995. This was around the time I was able to travel and visit the radio stations. |

NU 107 Signing Off With A Bang.
| 11.08.2010 - Finally I got home in one piece after the end of what everyone was expecting to happen.
NU107.5 FM has signed off an hour ago, and the people who took vigil in seeing their beloved radio station was still optimistic of this outcome. Namely mere hours ago I was basically somewhere, and since Saturday morning I missed A LOT of events that was scheduled. Canon Photomarathon 2010, an event at Eton Centris that was supposed to be Sunday morning, and the third book launching by a friend at Powerbooks. Jump after the cut... |
