| 11.17.2018 – Making it a festive Makati at last night’s Holiday Night Market at Circuit Makati, where they lighted the Christmas tree and celebrated the night away with its opening of the three-day feast like it’s already that season.
The weekend is finally here and things are ramping up with these kinds of events. As usual the traffic was quite normal part of living in a city and it will be busier once the holiday month kicks in. The Circuit Makati Holiday Night Market was in full swing of things when the event opened its doors last night with a diverse sellers and food merchants that tops with the screening of “The Sound of Music.” |
Surely, Julie Andrews did not age in those videos as if it was just shown in cinemas the other day. People flocked the Night Market just across the mall that keeps growing and the weekend vibe was like in full alert. This event has slowly become an annual thing for the inhabitants of Makati.
If you’re not from this city it’s a good place to explore now that the mall nearby is almost 100% open with the Globe Circuit Grounds becoming a place for events like this Holiday Night Market. There’s a lot to see in this place aside from the soccer field, kart race track, and where the event for night market is held.
This weekend if you’ve got nothing to do bring your friends and family to see this interesting place that surely the best time to bond during this holiday season. If you happen to missed out the opening night here are some images below:
Acknowledgements to Ayala Land Inc and the event organizers for making this event an annual thing in Circuit Makati, and had some heap of stuff from this event. The pair of socks and the fidget cubes is some unique finds you’ll see here. The cake was something to devour over the weekend. But the good stuff was a bargain indeed.
I got the opportunity to check out the shops like Variety Finds booth for their variety of socks from simple designs to pop culture coolness that has Flash and Batman from DC Comics, Darth Vader from Star Wars, We Bare Bears and the Looney Toons Characters from Cartoon Network, and Mario from the Nintendo videogames.
There’s not much collectible merchandise if you’re an adult collector but these My Little Pony Fidget Its at Jacqueline Lawis booth and I was quite surprised to see and pick up these neat cubes as I’ve only seen this at the local Reject Shop earlier this year when I was in South Australia.
But the Transformers Fidget Its was the ones I have back there and never got the chance to get the MLP characters to complete a set and this was a unique opportunity to acquire them in this place.
