| 05.07.2012 – The Taste of Money is a Korean film that’s getting a buzz lately. In the Philippines nobody would pay attention if there anything related interest until Maui Taylor was interviewed a few days ago about her part of this film.
The synopsis is about a story which deals with the world of Korean conglomerates known as "Chaebul" families and their desires, love, hatred, sex and murder. Filming began on October 26, 2011 and finished on January 22, 2012. Shooting took place in South Korea and the Philippines. |
Her last film was in 2008 which introduced Precious Adona was Torotot that had limited run due to its adult material. This would possibly Maui Taylor’s first international film in a minor role but based on the trailer it surely will be talked about.

The Taste of Money will be shown in Korea this May 17, 2012 and there’s no news if it will be seen locally in the Philippines. This is due to its very explicit content regarding violence and nudity with too much adult material in it. It will compete in the Palme d’Or of 2012 Cannes Film Festival.
