12.09.2010 - The University Physicians Medical Center which operates an ambulatory, cardiovascular, and laboratory services will launch the country's first public hospital on January 10, 2011. The Philippine General Hospital (PGH) the oldest hospital in the country will unveil the state of the art facility at the Faculty Medical Arts Building (FMAB),

which is located at the old Dispensary Building that they have recently renovated.

Providing the most affordable medical care treatment for private outpatient the new UPMC is open to private, sports, employment, and industrial medical diagnostic market. There will be over 200 doctors who have committed to provide their services and their clinic for UPMC. Long queues going to the hospital is a thing of the past as services by UPMC has changed the way we go see a doctor.
