10.11.2010 - Mango Tree Bistro is one hip restaurant that as been quite an indulgence in "the real taste of Thai lifestyle cooking".

They just recently opened its Philippine branch at the 3rd level of Trinoma Mall in Quezon City.

Quite a captivating night that was like its already a Friday when we just started the week right on a Monday.
Jump after the cut...

Amidst the sounds of Thai classic music and dancing, with hospitality that is uniquely Thai at the newest restaurant to hit Manila: Mango Tree Bistro. The opening was quite the VIP level with the presence of personalites from newly Mayor-elect Herbert "Bistek" Bautista to celebrities and a rock legend such as Pepe Smith who would say this is no ordinary night.

Fellow online writers, bloggers, and traditional media people was present to do a coverage hosted by the awesome Rovilson Fernandez, who captivated such an entertaining program.

They raffled off signed Cook Books by the well known Chef of Mango Tree Bistro, which I'm currently having a difficulty to recall and pronouncing his name at the same time.

Well known people such as the lovely Tweetie De Leon, Say Alonzo, and Rep. Ara Mina to name a few power stars, who was present at this festivity. It won't be lively without Philippine Rock Legend Pepe Smith and his entourage.

Mango Tree Bristro offer guests a quiet relaxed location from the hustle and bustle of city life. But tonight was unlike any event that seriously made everyone involved to party hearty.

If you haven't heard about Mango Tree Bistro its roots started back in 1994. Situated in the heart of Bangkok, in a beautiful Thai house built during the reign King Rama VI almost 100 years ago it was named "Mango Tree" because of the mango tree planted in the courtyard area.

Such extravagance that Mango Tree's goal "to ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience" and to ensure the best quality for each guest's satisfaction. Which is evident as everyone went home relaxed and satisfied. The winners took home cook books, concert tickets, and one lucky winner taking the grand prize -- A trip to Bangkok!
