Earthquake at a Glance | Perspective of Reality

04.22.2019 – There hasn’t been a major catastrophe in the Philippines when you talk about Earthquake in the last thirty years. Most of the things that go wrong are from typhoons that displaced communities and disrupting economies in the archipelago. It is not common either that it happened within Central Luzon that rocked Metro Manila all of sudden. Its reality that is unexpected to happen and most take it with humor and then others just plainly silently hope that the next one won’t be as bad as the first one. Earthquakes happen because it has been part of nature as long as everyone can remember. It just so happens that the context about these things can sometimes bring a few people to what really matters to their lives.

Makati Street Meet | A Social Sunday

12.03.2018 – For the last five years the City of Makati organize these special Night Markets, which closes a section of Paseo de Roxas at the heart of Ayala Triangle Gardens. It has become part of the calendar season for the Business District which held whenever the ‘Ber Months’ signal the start of the Holiday Season. The usual ‘Makati Street Meet’ has the variety of foodies gather around for some good music. This event continues to grow and has also become a weekend habit for most people living in the nearby area. For 2018 they have come up with themes that define each Night Market that is held every first Sunday of the month. This is much like some Sunday Market from another country. But with Filipino Festive vibe incorporated that makes it quite a unique experience.

Ki Bo Bae & Team Korea Wins Gold in London 2012!

07.30.2012 – The London 2012 Olympics is currently happening since the opener last Friday where Agent 007 escorted the Queen from the Palace to the main event. There were already several sports that have been played for the gold catching up on Solar Sports Channel’s broadcast on the Women’s Team Archery competition. The team that competed for the Bronze was Russia versus Japan were the rising sun of the East took them down to get that medal, while the battle for Gold has so much tension it was one of those rare moments you see pressure in the game.

07.24.2012 – Three months ago Emma Stone was on the Ellen Show to promote the Amazing Spider-Man film. We already knew she’s been this great girl when my good friend Mach first met the actress during the Wrestle Mania in 2010. Emma Stone playful, fun, and downright geek which obviously always having a great time whenever she’s on to something.

He Was the Last Laugh to Go... Dolphy. (1928-2012)

07.10.2012 – There where several instances or a chance I have seen Dolphy in public places. He is a very simple loving and humble man who ever lived life to the fullest. He inspired and made everyone forget our daily drama through his craft as an actor. He is indeed the King of Comedy of the Philippines but mostly Dolphy would scoff being addressed as one. His mere presence gives you a clear blue sky filled with a gleaming smile that makes every Filipino proud to be his fan. For all the awards and recognition he has received his statement was that he didn’t make it to the top alone.

10.11.2010 - Mango Tree Bistro is one hip restaurant that as been quite an indulgence in "the real taste of Thai lifestyle cooking". They just recently opened its Philippine branch at the 3rd level of Trinoma Mall in Quezon City. Quite a captivating night that was like its already a Friday when we just started the week right on a Monday.
