Walter Mitty's Ben Stiller Gets Honored!

12.06.2013 – Ben Stiller’s film, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty is not been shown but as early as now Hollywood has honored the actor, producer and director of the film.

The film had previously had a special red carpet premiere in Australia last month.

Ben Stiller was recently (Dec.4) honored in the heart of Hollywood where he placed his hands and footprints in cement for posterity at the world famous TCL Chinese Theater located at the intersection of Hollywood and Highland.


The ceremony was presided over by Ben's friend and associate Tom Cruise. In attendance were Ben's wife, actress Christine Taylor and their children. Also on hand for the ceremonies are Ben’s friends and associates Adam Sandler, Mickey Rooney, Judd Apatow and Adam Sandler and studio chairman Jim Gianopulos.













Soon to be seen on the big screen, Ben Stiller stars in “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty,” an all-out adventure movie about a negatives manager in Life magazine who lives a very ordinary life but has the most extraordinary of adventures through his fantasies.



When life shoves him at the edge, Mitty finds himself out of his daydreams and is forced to live his outrageous daydreams for real to save their jobs and look for the missing negative out of his office.

“The Secret Life of Walter Mitty” also stars Kristen Wiig, Shirley McClaine, Kathryn Hahn, Adam Scott and Sean Penn. The movie will open in the Philippines nationwide on January 22, 2014 from 20th Century Fox to be distributed by Warner Bros.
